Register for In-Person Campus Visit : Montana Tech

View All Events

Montana Tech offers in-person campus visits to prospective students Monday through Friday, beginning at 1PM, throughout the year. To provide you with the best experience possible, and so that we may arrange your meetings with faculty and staff, visits must be booked with at least 7 business days' notice.

If your date of choice is unavailable on the scheduling form, it is likely that day is already at capacity. For the best experience, please choose a different day. If your schedule is not flexible, you may email campusvisits@mtech.edu and we will try to arrange an alternate visit schedule for you. Be advised, however, that your visit options may be limited depending on faculty/staff availability.

Assess your college and dual enrollment transcripts through an unofficial self-evaluation of transfer coursework using Transferology — a free tool to give you personalized information on how your courses can transfer to Montana Tech or other institutions.

Your visit may also include any of these optional/extended sessions:

- While we try our best to schedule meetings with faculty, during busy times of year and summer months faculty meetings may sometimes be unavailable.
Discuss Veteran Benefits
Financial Aid Meeting:
- Discuss FAFSA, scholarships, loans, and any other questions you may have.
Learn About Disability Services
Highlands Campus Tour: If you are interested in a 2-year degree or certificate program and want to tour our Highlands College facilities, you may start your day at Highlands.
- If you are an Associate of Science student, be advised that a majority of your classes will take place on Montana Tech's main campus.
