Montana Tech offers in-person campus visits to prospective students Monday through Friday, beginning at 1PM, throughout the year. To provide you with the best experience possible, and so that we may arrange your meetings with faculty and staff, visits must be booked with at least 7 business days' notice.

If your date of choice is unavailable on the scheduling form, it is likely that day is already at capacity. For the best experience, please choose a different day. If your schedule is not flexible, you may email campusvisits@mtech.edu and we will try to arrange an alternate visit schedule for you. Be advised, however, that your visit options may be limited depending on faculty/staff availability.

During your visit, you will meet with an admissions counselor and take a tour of campus.

Your visit may also include any of these optional/extended sessions:

- College or dual enrollment transcripts must be sent to admissions@mtech.edu at least 5 days prior to your visit.
Highlands Campus Tour: If you are interested in a 2-year degree or certificate program and want to tour our Highlands College facilities, you may start your day at Highlands.
- If you are an Associate of Science student, be advised that a majority of your classes will take place on Montana Tech's main campus.

We're confident that you will love visiting Montana Tech's campus overlooking beautiful uptown Butte. To prove it, if you live 100 or more miles from campus, you're eligible for a complimentary hotel stay, on us!

Students must be 18 years or older (or be accompanied by an adult) to check in with a hotel voucher
Students may only be issued one voucher per year
We cannot accommodate requests to stay at specific hotels

Once registered for a visit, you will receive hotel information and a one-night stay voucher from our campus visit coordinator - within two weeks of your campus visit. Come see why we love Tech and Butte, future Oredigger!

Montana Technological University works with specific hotels. We cannot accommodate requests to stay at hotels, outside of our network. If our hotels are booked and cannot accommodate you, for your campus visit, we will do our best to give you enough notice to reschedule your campus visit.
